Definition and pronunciation of "QIROI": Pronounced "query" and meaning "A boutique consulting firm that guides
healthcare organizations on building bridges between
quality improvement and return on investment."

Quality Improvement (QI) is a powerful driver of Return on Investment (ROI)

You and your team work hard to provide excellent care to your patients, but you don’t always receive recognition for your efforts. QIROI can help.

Everyone in your hospital has committed to reducing HAIs, and now you’ve gone a year without a CLABSI or CAUTI. Your primary care team is working with your diabetic patients to consistently check A1c and manage meds, and now your HEDIS measures are better than ever. Your hip replacement practice has changed their workflows and talking points about the HOOS JR and now you can prove that your THA patients are happier and healthier than they were before their surgeries.

QIROI helps you turn these accomplishments into recognition that sustains your work and enables your team to continue meeting your mission. From cost-savings to patient- and workforce-engagement to new revenue streams, QIROI helps you realize ROI on your quality successes.

But maybe you’re still struggling with too many CLABSIs and CAUTIs, low HEDIS scores, or patients who don’t fill out their PROMs. These are hard problems to solve, and QIROI can help. Our team members have led successful quality initiatives in clinics and at hospitals, and have developed guidance for NQF and Joint Commission. We can help you identify, prioritize, and improve your quality needs, with a focus on those that will benefit your patients, staff, and organization the most.

QIROI is a boutique healthcare consulting company that helps hospitals, clinics, and other care organizations use their quality and performance strengths to generate sustainable revenue and cost savings.
